I am a Registered Dietitian with a passion for nutrition and fitness. I have completed a Bachelor of Science in Food and Nutrition at Western University, followed by a comprehensive dietetic internship at Aramark Ltd. I am registered with the College of Dietitians in Ontario and a member of Dietitians of Canada.
I specialized in clinical rotations in general medicine, complex diabetes care, neurosurgery and intensive critical care. I have experience working with weight management, chronic disease prevention/management (heart disease, diabetes, cholesterol etc.), mindful eating and meal planning. I advocate for the food-first approach as I believe that food is the foundation for a healthy body and mind.

As a nutrition expert, I empower my clients to be their best self by providing individualized and holistic consultations. I keeps nutrition simple, achievable and enjoyable! When I'm not talking about nutrition, I can be found hidden behind a good book, enjoying live music at a concert or on an adventurous travel journey. I love to try new cultural foods and experimenting with healthy recipes in the kitchen.
