About Me:

I am a registered psychologist with the College of Psychologists of Ontario and have M.Sc., M.Ed. and doctorate degrees in Psychology. I have intensive training in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Guided Imagery, Emotion Focused Therapy and many more. I have over twenty years of experience in working with diverse clients having multiple psychological and mental health issues. I have written a book on “Abnormal Psychology” which has been published and recommended for Master’s studies. I can speak English, Urdu, Punjabi and Hindi.
